Cocina Fusion offers a unique and different approach to the catering business in Chicago, Il. Behind us stands over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage scene; from high end hotels and traditional catering companies, to some of the most exclusive restaurants and kitchens in Chicago.
Chef Anaxi Ayala, Owner and Co-founder; following his culinary passion decided to rely on his own Latino roots and committed to bringing Hispanic flavors out of the shadows to Chicago's competitive catering business. Our Chef developed a new spectrum of flavors by twisting our all time favorite meals with traditional spices and cooking techniques from the Americas.
Our “Culinary Fusion” is an amazing profile of flavors, colors, fragrances and textures that blend together creating delightful menus for our clients. A wide diversity of clients have enjoyed our dishes as our recipe for success resides in our commitment to following a consistent recipe: personalized attention to quality and detail, combined with the finest fresh ingredients and presentation skills.
