Question: do you offer tastings and can they be done before booking your services?

Yes, you can come in for a minimal fee. If you decide to book with us this fee will be credited back to you

Question: where are your tastings located?

Our tastings are currently offered at our commercial kitchen space; 1900 N.Austin Ave in Chicago.

Question: do you include basic rentals in your price?

Yes, most quotes will consist of our in-house rental option for your convenience. This includes dinnerware, flatware, and table glassware in addition to any kitchen equipment

Question: our venue needs tables and chairs do you offer these?

We have some in-house options available but we can always rent from any major rental company depending on your preferences or venue needs

Question: our venue is BYOB do you offer bartending services if we do BYOB?

Yes, most BYOB venues don’t have a liquor license and this license will be provided by your caterer. We offer full bar packages, mixer packages, or use of the license to serve. You will choose one of these options and add our bartenders who are covered under our liquor license and insurance

Question: can you do signature cocktails and is there a fee?

Signature cocktails are a great way to show your guests your personality! if you are doing BYOB just make sure you are supplying all special mixers needed if any. We can always add special mixers to our mixer package for an extra fee. Keep in mind signature cocktails should be easy / fast as we will have lots of guests to serve at once

Question: can we bring our cake or desserts, and is there a cake-cutting fee associated with it?

Yes, we don’t have a bakery side of our business. You are welcome to bring desserts from your favorite bakery and we will help you with the set-up and serving of it for no extra fee. We will also supply plates and forks as needed

Question: do you have any desserts in-house?

Yes! We have our famous churro cart with assorted toppings and our sweet crepe station

Question: can we bring our late snack food?

Yes, we offer great late-night snack options but if you have a favorite restaurant or fast food place that would like to incorporate that’s fine with us, we will help you set-up and refill as needed.
