INSTRUCTIONS
for your tasting

MENU:
We will need to receive your tasting menu selections the Sunday prior to your tasting date, as well as, the number of people will be attending the tasting. We do not recommend having more than four people attend your tasting. It is very important that you let us know if there is any allergies or intolerances for anyone attending the tasting session.

For your tasting menu, select the following from our online menu:

After the tasting, you will choose the following to create your wedding day menu:

  • 4 appetizers

  • 2 entrees

  • 2 sides

COST:
The tasting fee is $100.00 per couple and an additional $50.00 per extra guest. We have a capacity for up to 4 people per tasting

At the tasting, there is no need to try a salad or a vegetarian/vegan entree unless the majority of your guests are vegetarian or vegan. We also recommend only selecting choices you are willing to serve at your wedding, so you don't end up using one of the four entree/side/appetizer options to try something that you will not consider offering.

LOCATION:
We are located inside the Metroplex Business Park at 1900 N. Austin Avenue, Chicago IL 60639. The building is on a private drive just west of Austin Avenue where it intersects with Cortland Street Entrance A on the map). Follow the drive to a large open and small stop sign; turn left. Proceed to the main concrete and glass office building with an awning reading "1900 AUSTIN BUILDING". Please park in the visitor spots, and find us inside the main building on the first floor.

If your tasting starts at 7:00 pm or after: the main gates will be closed and you will need to enter the business park at 1901 N. Narragansett Avenue. The entrance is across the street from the CubeSmart Self Storage (Entrance B on the map). Follow the private drive and park anywhere in front of the main office building, as there are no parking restrictions after 7:00 pm.

RIDE SHARE: If you're arriving by Uber or Lyft, please have your driver drop you off all the way at the main office building entrance, as there is no sidewalk along the private drive.
